If you have an outstanding financial balance with Western, your transcript cannot be released. If you have requested a transcript, Transcripts on Demand will email you to tell you that your transcript is on hold. To remove the hold, simply contact Char Rose in the business office at 503.517.1888 to make a payment on your account.

If you have not yet submitted to Western a transcript from a previously attended institution, your transcript cannot be released. To remove the hold, simply contact the Admissions Department for further instructions.

If you have not completed your Exit Loan Counseling, your transcript cannot be released. To remove the hold you simply need to click this Exit Loan Counseling link and follow the directions. Then contact the financial aid office at 503.518.1814 to notify them that your Exit Loan Counseling has been completed.

If your transcript request has been placed on hold, you have 30 days to settle your Western account. If your account balance is not cleared on your Exit Loan Counseling has not been completed within 30 days, your transcript order will be canceled.
