The Application to Graduate can be found in S.I.S. under Student Records > Forms and Applications > Application to Graduate > Apply.
Applications for fall graduates are due by August 1, and by December 1 for spring and summer graduates.
Submission of the application initiates a graduation audit, a graduation fee on your student account, and the order of graduation regalia.
