No; you are required to pay tuition in full by the tuition deadline (the Friday before the semester begins) whether or not your aid has been dispersed.
If you anticipate that you will not receive your Direct Loan check or grant aid in time, you can either (1) pay in full by eCheck/credit card in S.I.S. and receive a refund once your grant disperses or (2) sign up for a Monthly Payment Plan and pay the first payment. In the latter option, any amount that you receive above your remaining balance will be refunded to you.
